Assembly Meals
Beginning in August, the meal at Assembly meetings will be catered by Crossroads Bar & Grille. The cost of the meals will be $7.00 per Sir Knight. This does not include beverages, which are $1.00 each. Meals will begin at 6:30 and the business meeting at 7:30. Below is a list of the meals to be served for each month.
Aug: Meat Loaf
Sept.: Chicken masala over Rice
Oct.: Smothered Chop Steak with Onions & Mushroom Gravy
Nov.: Chicken Parmesan
December will be the Christmas Party
Jan.: Baked Ziti with ground beef
Feb.: Rosemary Apple Roasted Pork Loin
March: Chili Cook Off
April: Chicken Alfredo
May: Ham, Potato and broccoli casserole (cheese-based sauce topped with croutons)
June: Pasta with sauce and meatballs
All served with dinner rolls and butter and anything that Vinny gracefully wants to throw in
